Color: Black; White
A photograph of Westlake (now MacArthur) Park, Los Angeles, 1906. The image shows much of the lake with plants in wooden boxes in the water and, on the opposing shore, a gazebo, grove of palm trees and other landscaping. At the far right are two persons seated on a bench at the water's edge. At the left is another couple walking along the lake's edge. On the reverse is an ink inscription reading "Westlake Park / Los Angeles / Cal." With light corner creases, some soiling, minor paper discoloration, light fading of the image, and minor stains on the back edges, the general condition is good.
