Description

Color: White A white cotton monogrammed hand towel, ca. 1920s. The piece has a raised background with angled lines forming diamonds containing dots in the centers. A large embroidered monogram at the lower center appears to be the letters "T M W." Toward the bottom edge is a single pierced line, below which is a embroidered border, consisting of two narrow bands in a chain-like pattern, within which is a curved line with decorative elements around it. The bottom has a band of small rectangles grouped in columns. With no history of use and, consequently, no indication of wear or damage, the piece is in good condition.
