The front of the pass shows the holder's signature, C.H. Eaton for the Burlington Route. A possible authorization signature belonging to a William Banning is at the bottom. At the very top middle portion of the pass is the year 1907 in red. On the reverse side is a pass number of 125, terms and conditions of the pass use as well as risk and liability issues. The bottom portion has the signature of agreement with the terms and conditions by C.H. Eaton. It is in good condition with only minor damage visible such as light surface soiling and stains.
