A set of Wilsnap fasteners, manufactured by the Wilson Fastener Co., ca. 1924. The metal fasteners are in a circle on the center of an orange card. Printed on the front in black and white at the center of the circle is another circle with the words, "SNAP! / It stays / MADE IN U.S.A." At the top are the words "WILSNAP / REG. U. S. OFF. / FASHION'S / FASTENER." In black at the bottom left corner is "Size 2-0," along with the name and location of the manufacturer. At the right corner is "Rust Proof." At the top of the back is an advertisement for Wilsnap Pins for bobbed hair. An illustrated advertisement for lingerie clasps, a set of which is item .6.2, is at the center. All of the printing on the back is in brown. On the bottom right corner is a white price tag that reads "COULTER / DRY GOODS CO. / L 299 / .10." With light abrasions on the corners; some creases and dents; light soiling; and a small tear, the object is in good condition overall.Lexicon
