A plat of a proposed subdivison of Windsor Heights, probably prepared by the Engineering Service Company, about December 1919. The map is largely the same as the one in .8 and is identical to .9, but without any identification as to date, nor does it have the numbered areas and other information seen in .8. This early draft consists of much smaller lots on straight, linear streets than what was adopted, as seen on later items. With original folds (and several tears on them), significant creases and heavy edge wear, including tears, creasing, and browning, the general condition is fair.Lexicon
