A plat of a proposed subdivison of Windsor Heights, probably prepared by the Engineering Service Company, about December 1919. The map is largely the same as the one in .8, but without any identification as to date, nor does it have the numbered blocks and other information. This early draft consists of much smaller lots on straight, linear streets than what was adopted, as seen on later items. With original folds, creases and some edge wear, including small tears, the general condition is good.
