(Scranton: International Textbook Company, 1927), 130 pp. The book has a black hardcover with the title within a shield at the top of the front. The title, subtitle, and volume number are in gold along the spine. At the beginning of the inside are a title page, a preface, and a table of contents. The artifact is divided into three parts which are "Milk, Butter, and Cheese," "Eggs," and "Vegetables." At the end is an index. Some black and white photographs and illustrations are included. At the end is an index. Volumes 1 and 3-5 are in the collection and are items .2.1 and .3-.5. With light abrasions; some fading of the gold lettering; and two small stains on the cover, the object is in good condition.Lexicon
