"Woman's Institute Library of Cookery Vol. 3: Soup, Meat, Poultry and Game, Fish and Shell Fish," by the Woman's Institute of Domestic Sciences, Inc. (Scranton: International Textbook Company, 1927), 198 pp. The book has a black hardcover with the title within a shield at the top of the front. The title, subtitle, and volume number are in gold along the spine. At the beginning of the inside are a title page, a preface, and a table of contents. The artifact is divided into five parts which are "Soup," "Meat," "Poultry and Game," and "Fish and Shell Fish." Some black and white photographs and illustrations are included. At the end is an index. Volumes 1-2 and 4-5 are in the collection and are items .2.1-.2 and .4-.5. With light abrasions; slightly dented corners; and some fading of the gold lettering, the object is in good condition.Lexicon
