Color: Black; White
A black and white negative of the Workman House attic east unfinished space, December 2000. The camera points to the space's northeast corner. A brick wall is to the right. Only a small portion of an arched window is visible at the far right. At the left is an unfinished wall. The ceiling is also unfinished. Through the ceiling's many beams appear several spots of sunlight that penetrate through the home's damaged roof. The original roof planks, now serving as the space's floor, have remnants of tar, this part of the floor is believed to have been part of the home's original roof when it had only one floor. At the back of the room is part of the east unfinished space. The negative, that was part of the Historic American Buildings Survey and was funded by the museum's Getty Grant, is in mint condition.
