WORKMAN HOUSE ATTIC, NORTHEAST UNFINISHED SPACE
Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the Workman House attic northeast unfinished space looking south, December 2000. All of the walls and ceiling are uncovered and the wood is exposed, as if the room were never completed. The floor is nearly in the same state as some planks are missing. A couple of sunlight spots beaming through the home's damaged roof are at the right, and a large board leans against the wall at the left. A doorway at the back of the room leads into the attic's east unfinished space. In the background is part of the south unfinished space. The photograph, that was part of the Historic American Buildings Survey and was funded by the museum's Getty Grant, is in mint condition.
