Black and white photograph of the front elevation of the Workman House, 1926. The house is largely obscured by landscaping, with the foreground showing a bush and mesh fencing, behind which is a lawn and sidewalk, followed further behind by a trellised vine (assumed to be the extent Lady Banks rose.) On the sides are some small trees (palms and pines) and the house is covered with ivy. Donated by Temple L. Fatjo. In fair condition with the upper left corner creased, some edge discoloration, and reverse stains. Written in back in ink, "Workman Homestead/La Casa Vieja/1926"
