WORKMAN HOUSE NORTHWEST WING AFTER IVY REMOVAL
Color: Green; White
A color polaroid photograph of the northwest wing of the Workman House after ivy removal, ca. 1977. The north face is at center with the first-floor triptych window at the bottom and the second-floor window above. Damage to the plaster, including between the two windows and at the window hoods and sills and the quoins, indicates that the ivy that had covered the house was recently removed. At the lower left can be seen a small portion of the 1920s era front porch, soon to be removed. At lower right is a part of the extension of the center adobe room. Along the left and right center edges are parts of the gray shingled roof. A pencil inscription at the bottom of the artifact reads "North West Wing - Workman." With little indication of wear or damage, the object is in good condition.
