Some of the roof's shingles appear loose on the southwest side. Some patch work which had been recently completed at the time the image was shot appears at the roof's center portion. At the left of the foreground is the grape arbor and some of the courtyard and oak tree are at the right. Without signs of wear or damage, the photograph is in good condition.
