Description

Color: Black; Brown; Red; White; Yellow "Your Home," published by the Constructive Publishing Corporation, November 1928. The 72-page magazine has the title in red at the top of the front cover. At the center is a color illustration of a white cottage with a large garden. At the bottom are some of the subjects covered within. A table of contents follows an advertisement section at the beginning of the inside. Articles included in the issue cover such subjects as making guests comfortable; architecture; a guide to purchasing an electric refrigerator; homes in the South; layouts of Arabian-style homes; creating color harmony in the garden; interior decoration; dressing the holiday table; Christmas decorations in the home; preparing the home for winter; selecting rugs; and more. Black and white illustrations and photographs are included throughout. With creases; dented corners; some soiling; pen markings; small tears; and some overall wear, the artifact is in fair condition.
