Holder SchoolDescription
This school was named Holder School because it was built on land owned by C.W. Holder in Section 29. Mae Johnston taught at the school in 1878.
The building was removed to the west side of Ropp Road and remodeled into a residence. It was the home of Edward and Lola Madix for several years.
