Described as "Crazy quilt" on 1998-99 inventory record. Quilt is made of various fabrics, including cotton, velvet and lace, cut in non-conforming sized patches. Quilt is in dark colors, red, black, brown, gold, as well as light colored lace. Designs are made by extra large white stitches along seams and on the patches. Hand sewn tag reads "Crazy Quilt made by Cecil Parson, Lynn Mass early 1890s."
