Depicts a nuptial Canadian ceremony, two figures standing in a large oriented rug; male figure partially covered with a lion skin coat, female by him is wearing short, loose dress, and is barefoot; villagers looking upon them, seated inside and outside building.
Bottom view titled, "Maniere Dont les Peuples du Canada Font le Divorce". (Translation, "The Way in Which the People of Canada Execute Divorce".)
