A scalloped edged basket. The scallop design serves as a framework upon which the basket is woven. The scalloped portion of the basket is of 1/4" reed. The remainder of the reed is of 1/8'". The basket body is woven of natural reed with a red band of reed beginning after the 3rd strand of natural reed. 7 strands of red are woven into natural reed. The scalloped rim of the basket circles the basket at the width of 1 1/2". The handle is of natural bejuco.Artwork Details
