A miniature of a hanging birdcage. The birdcage is made from a linotype metal (pot metal), cast in a mold. The hanging birdcage is cast as two pieces, the cage and the stand. The figurine is decorated with paint. It has a gold scalloped stand with red flowers and green leaves climbing the stand. The cage is gold with a small bird hanging inside. The two back legs of the stand are stamped with "HECHO EN MEXICO" - "GUILLERMO IBARRA" - "SAN LUIS POTOSI".Artwork Details
