A square-edged shield shaped plaque. On the front are two gold pieces. The top piece has a detailed edge, engraved, "TO ANNE SHIELDS." The bottom plaque is engraved, "A proven pilot and instructor many times over whose unselfish manner and readiness to assist others, is hereby recognized and acknowledged by the PA region of NAI." On the back is a metal hook and a piece of masking tape, has written in black marker, "Sept. 1973."Collection
