Description

A framed portrait, most likely a tinted sepia image or sketch, of a Winfield Scott Pendleton. Winfield lived just south of the Pendleton school/the double door school house. The image is taken from the bust up and features a oval vignette. The frame is wood and carved, and suffers significant damage.
