The pickle tongs measure 13 1/2 inches x 1 inxh x 1/4 inich. Tubular steel. 2 pieces are bent and twisted together to form a round end to a handle. The handle separates into 4 wires that are bent at the end. Circular wire surrounds these 4 pieces and slides to adjust the size opening for the 4 pieces.
