Length 37 1/4 inches. Width at waistband 14 inches. Width at hem 64 inches. Faded pink skirt, dark velvet trim at waistline, narrow pink velvet trim above ruffles, and gold velvet at inside hem. The skirt has two ruffles, one 3 1/2 inches long, the other 6 inches. The ruffled material is printed with darker pink dots in the form of a 5-petaled flower. The inside is lined with fabric decorated with a small ovalish black and white design. Very faded. Many small rips and tears near waistline.
