Center back 24 1/2 inches. Center front 21 1/2 inches. Sleeve 18 1/2 inches. Black blouse with very dark blue velvet trimming on front, back & sleeves. Black lace trim at collar and cuffs. Sleeve is black velvet on top with silk cuffs, silk material on undersleeve is patterned with scattered small flowers in color. Front opening fastened with 15 round faceted jet black glass buttons, 2 missing. A black ribbon with white edge is behind button placket. Entire piece is lined. Tiny pocket on left side under arm. A very skillfully tailored jacket.
