Short, black cape cut from a circle of fabric. Length at center front 14 inches, along hem 55 inches. Material is slightly ribbed. Collar is decorated with black beads and braid. Neck is decorated with thick black ruffled ribbon. Has two ribbon ties 22 1/4 inches x 1 3/4 inches. Cape is lined. Closes at neck with wire hook and eye. Some small holes and tears.
