8 5/8 inches x 2 1/2 inches. Medal is made up of 3 ribbons. 1st: White ribbon & medal, ribbon has 2 American flag insignia. Medal is a silver colored case with plastic cover, showing I.O.F. L.B.C. insignia, in color, which includes a moosehead in center, surrounded by masonic symbols and 2 female figures. 2nd: Red, White & Blue Ribbon with impressed lettering. See Orig. Inscrip. 3rd: Black ribbon with silver printing. See Orig. Inscrip. All ribbons attached to each other and have gold & silver tassel fringe at the bottom.
