4 7/8 inches x 1 3/4 inches. A top & bottom metal bar with IOF & LBC printed on them with a horn suspended through a bow with arrows behind, encloses a strip of blue fabric imprinted with gold. Design icludes full name of organization, a moose head, masonic symbols, & two female figures. This design is repeated by a metal piece hanging from bottom metal bar. Is in shape of a cross with tri-pointed ends. On top of medal is a straight bar pin.
