Intricate Scrimshaw carved into some sort of bone. Carving includes 2 sperm whales at the tip of the horn, and script that reads: "D.M.S". The middle of the bone reads: "The ship Charles. W. Morgan New Bedford." At the base of the bone is two american flags crossing. The back has carvings of a large three mast schooner and seagulls, whales, fishing dorys, and is inscribed with "1842" at the tip.
