Canvas backed paper. Wooden rod at bottom.
Cloth strip 4 inches wide at top attaches to a "Columbia Tin Shade Roller" which no longer works.
Shows eastern and western hemispheres, north and south polar regions, hemispheres with greatest amount of land and greatest amount of water, all in circular areas. Also a diagram of parallels of latitude, two diagrams of highest mountains and two showing lengths of major rivers.
Upper left corner has coat of arms of Royal Geographical Establishment. Map was manufactured in Great Britain.
