Breed (White)Cottage materials Blueprints Property ownership papers 20 blueprint sheets and 2 partial sheets prepared for the alterations made by the Lymans in 1935 and 36. Deeds, agreements to sell, abstract of title and other papers concerning the original property and two adjoining parcels purchased by Lymans. The cottage was originally built by James C. White and later owned by members of the Pepper, Lyman and Breed families.
