This scrapbook page has seven articles. One tells of the Tarratine Clubs new tennis pro, Claude, Kilday of Sarasota, Florida. Another article focuses on the retirement of Stanwood F. Pendleton after nearly 21 years in the Air Force. One picture of a contraption is explained in the caption as a "rugged old wooden cider press called the 'Monitor'". The Monitor, which belonged to Elizabeth Ladd still worked with ease despite its age. The press was patented in 1872 and sold by R.B. Dunning in Bangor.
