53 1/2 inches x 12 1/2 inches x 2 inches. 10 rectangular pieces of cork are covered by white fabric. A 1 3/8 inch thick twill tape encircles whole jacket. Two pieces of crossed twill tape are attached to the center of one long end of preserver. One end of twill tape has a button.
