Wooden structure 25 inches w. x 26 inches d. x 66 inches h. Magneto Switchboard. Base to countertop measures 37 inches high, is open from front to back with sides supporting countertop. A section measuring 22 3/4 inches x 11 inches x 29 inches sets back 15 inches from front of counter, has two vertical banks, the upper with 102 numbered drops and the lower with 90 jacks. To the left of drops section are three 3/8 inch white plugs; one marked TO, one blank, one zero. To the left of the zero plug is a 3/8 inch white plug lettered "A" which is below an immovable toggle. Above jack section is one 5/8 inch white plug numbered zero. To the left of jack section are two plugs, the top one lettered TO and the other, zero. A strip of paper is attached below the first row of jacks and is lined into 1 inch blocks numbered 1-10. Above #6 the word BELFAST is printed. A like strip is attached below the 2nd row of jacks and is without numbers. In the 3rd from right block TEST BD is printed. In front of the vertical banks are two rows of cords each having 13 cords, with 1 3/8 inch metal tips. The 50 inch cords are attached to weights with a pulley section on top, all weights having the number 119 impressed on them. The weighted ends hang down in the open section of the base. A 1 inch high footrest is affixed between the sides of the base, 8 inches from floor. Twelve toggle switches, which move in one direction only, are 6 1/2 inches from front of switchboard. All switches are black except the 2nd from left which is red. Between the toggles and cords are 13 3/8 inch white plugs, flush with surface. The first at left is lettered A, others are numbered 1-12.
