A 1985 tri-fold pamphlet printed on thick card-like paper using only green and yellow ink. The front of the pamphlet is titled "Islesboro Inn" and just below the title is the Inn's logo of an anchor with an upper-case 'i' on either side. Below the logo is the phrase, "A very special place." Inside the pamphlet are multiple drawings of various parts of the Inn as well as a drawn map of Penobscot Bay and the routes leading to the Lincolnville Ferry Terminal. Most of the pamphlet is filled with descriptions of Islesboro and the Inn itself. Below the map of Penobscot Bay is the Inn's address at which to contact the innkeeper, Kathleen Waterman. The back of the pamphlet sports a drawing of the Islesboro Inn with a vantage point from the water. Two inserts in the pamphlet include information on room rates, ferry schedule, information about services, and even a small floor plan of the Inn.
