12" x 17" original artwork (pastels, watercolors?) of a vase of flowers and floral cornerpieces with a cartouche "EPC." Inscribed "To Effie from A. Garfield Learned 1927." It is on heavy paper//light cardboard and may have been intended as a scrapbook cover. In Islesboro History 1893-1983 genealogy, Effie Pendleton [sister of Fields Seeley Pendleton] b. 4-13-1880 m. Augustus Clinkenbroomer, hence "EPC."
