Square portrait of man c. 25 yrs old (?), probably done in the late 19th century, photograph plus charcoal technique called "photographic crayon" technique, on heavy paper, the backside lined with cloth cf cheesecloth. Nothing written on back or front. No identification.
This young man has a moustache, is dressed in a suit and vest, white shirt & tie which is tied in a wide Windor knot. Framed in 2" framing with an intricate pattern picked out in black and white, overall size 23.5" x 19.5" Glazed.
