Studio portrait of Mrs. W. E. Rowe. Note on the back is dated April 13, 1911, from Pejepscot. Addressed to Mrs. Duncan. It begins thus: "Dear Mrs. Duncan I am sending you this picture of myself. Hope you will like it. It makes me look stout. I had on quite stiff petticoats and they make me look as though I had on a hoop skirt . . ." Most of the card is taken up with further apologies about the photo before thanking Mrs. Duncan and her father and wishing them a pleasant Easter. [duplicate image with no letter 2015.026.055]
