Swiss Batiste slip to poodle skirt. (1111.885.001) Elastic waistband - held together with safety pin. Waistband = 24 inches Length = 27 inches Looks to be hand sewn - perhaps from a coutre house. Date of Origin: Most likely circa 1950's.
