4.25 x 6.5" photo print of a "theatrical" staged by summer cottagers on Islesboro. On back is penned "Mrs Bonner. Dr Stackpole. Box & Cox. Dark Harbour 1884". The scene shows an elegantly-dressed "peasant" on a stage, backdrop draped in bedspreads (note fringe) and apparently in front of a barn (livery stable?)
