This chair is designed to be used with a school desk. It is approximately
30 inches high at back from the floor and the back of the seat is 16 1/2 inches high. The seat is approximately 14 inches x 14 1/4 inches. The seat has been adjusted to the height of 16 inches. The back of the seat has four flattened spindles with two supporting pieces on each side of the chair back. The pieces are attached to the chair seat and are anchored to the seat by a metal strap. The chair has a metal base approximately 12 inches in diameter with five screw holes. The metal base contains a hollow tube through which a solid pipe can go, thus adjusting the height of the chair.
