A piece of furniture measuring 62 inches long x 27 inches wide. It is upholstered in a printed velour and is set in a wooden frame. There are no arms. The last 10 inches at one end are raised to support the head. The upholstery is tufted; several buttons are missing. This was called a fainting couch.
