Telephone designed to be mounted on wall. Back plate measures 5 7/8 inches x 4 5/8 inches. Attached to back plate is a piece 4 3/4 inches x 3 5/8 inches x 1 3/8 inches. On the top is a bell. Slightly above center is a place to put the mouthpiece (missing). On the left side is a movable hook which holds the receiver. A cord 18 1/2 inches long runs from the main piece and is split into two pieces where attached to receiver. A button which can be pushed is on the front. Four tabs protrude from the bottom of the main piece; 2 marked with letter "L"; 2 with letter "B".
