Description

This easel consists of two bamboo poles 66 1/2 inches long and a shorter back pole 45 1/2 inches long that is so connected with chains to the two poles to give stability to the easel. There are five horizontal poles attached at various distances from the top of the poles. The horizontal ploes become longer from top to bottom. This difference in the length of the poles spreads the two vertical poles or legs apart so that they are wider apart at the base than they are at the top. The sixth horizontal pole acts as a shelf or holder for placards, photographs, etc. This pole is attached a little above the 4th horizontal pole from the top. This pole is attached to the front legs by two small bamboo posts 2 1/4 inches long. This brings the pole 2 1/4 inches in front of the easel enabling pictures, etc. to rest on the small posts and lean against the legs of the easel.
