Black, oval battery box with cover. Dimensions of box: 8 3/4inches long,
6 1/2 inches high, 2 7/8 inches at its greatest width. Heavy vertical seam in the back. Seven 1/2 inch holes, 2 in front, 2 in back, 2 on either end on the back side, and one hole in the bottom near the back. Raised rim 3/8 inch below top for cover to rest upon.
Black cover measuring 8 7/8 inches x 3 1/4 inches x 1 5/6 inches.
