Black metal horn, 4 1/2 inches long, rounded and closed at one end and open at the other end. Open end is 2 1/4 inches in diameter and covered with a metal disc containing 19 holes. A short, narrow, curved metal tube leads into the side of the horn. The free open end of the tube is inserted into the persons's ear. Sound from the horn travels through the tube into the ear.
