Found in their garage by Robin and Stuart Ray when they were having it torn down. The board was built into the building. Dr. Stanley Warren lived in the Rays' house and had the garage built in the 20th-century, which may have used available lumber from a former garage or shed.
Jim Hatch was a leading island builder 1920s-1940s. He collaborated with several Pendletons.
