May Pendleton (b. 1888, m. Eben Randlett) holding her brother Lloyd's hand. Either brother Howard or Charles at right. According to the note on photo, the house now belongs to Leonards. However, there is no date (c. 1900?). May was the daughter of Charles R. and Cora Higgins Pendleton.
House is in Dark Harbor village, near the Dark Harbor pool.
