Selected contents: Feb.1954: DAR membership by state showing number of chapters and membership; April 1958: DAR membership by state showing number of chapters and membership; June/July 1968: State regents and State vice regents listed which includes Mrs. Frankenburg of Jacksonville as State Vice Regent; May 1976: Jean Ribault (Neptune Beach) chapter had the 4 daughters of Mrs. Helen Beryl Marks Dryden join together. Mrs. Dryden's mother and grandmother were charter members of their chapters. Photo includes William Dryden, owner of the weekly newspaper, the Leader; March 1978: Photo and brief note on the Florida House in Washington D.C.; .April 1978: Jacksonville chapter presented flag to the Director of Museum of the Arts and Sciences as St. Paul's chapel sited at its new location there. The chapel was barged down the St. Johns River. Mrs. McCubbin gave a talk on the "History of the Chapel and the Early Florida Mission Churches". Mrs. Milton, State Regent, was the April honored guest as this chapter, the 1st in the city and state, was organized April 2nd. Aug/Sept. 1980: Regents Council of NE Florida includes chapters with name of Regent; April 1980: Jacksonville chapter, organized April 2, 1895, list of member ancestors who fought in Revolution; August/September 1980: St. Johns River chapter (Jacksonville, Florida):Notes various awards earned and photo of Mrs. Arthur L. Shealy, Regent, Mrs. Pollock, 2nd Vice Regent, and Mrs. Gerden Russell; October 1980: Jean Ribault (Neptune Beach, Florida) chapter: Celebrated its 27th birthday, Regent, Mrs. Lou Helms, presented Mrs. Irene Wilkerson with honor of 50 years of active service of DAR
