Picture of a wrecked car. The envelope indicates there was a lawsuit between "Reese vs. Foremost " over the car accident. The envelope has, handwritten on it," Cecil Howell, Reese vs. Foremost Darien. 1936 Chev. 2 Dr. Sedan back of Foremost D. 2903 College- front end- 2-D-18363." The envelope has lines for labeling printed on it : "No.", "Name" and "Remarks" in printed lettering appear upside down due to the chosen orientation of the envelope.
