206 W Forsyth Street Built in 1908. The building was five stories high. In 1916, Buckman & Ulmer, Ulmer & Keeley and J.A. Stevenson are listed as having an office at 206 W Forsyth Street, #56. C. Buckman is listed as #50. Buckman and Ulmer was a fire and general insurance company run by Courtland Buckman and Alfred C. Ulmer. Ulmer & Keeley was a real estate company run by Alfred C. Ulmer and Robert W. Keely. John A. Stevenson was an agent for Special Agent insurance Company of North America and Philadelphia Underwriters and Alliance Insurance Company of Philadelphia. The BB&T Bank Building now is located at this site (built in 1974).
